Updated: Mar 28
March 7, 2026: The Mid-Atlantic Rockets rounded out their season with an exhibition at the 2025 VA Men's State Gymnastics Meet held in Lynchburg, VA.

Getting the Word Out
This year marked the inaugural year for the Mid-Atlantic Rockets Men's Gymnastics team consisting of co-captains Tiernan Yoder and Jack Eaton, Nate Reiff, Sawyer Frederick, and Leo Abbe. The Rockets are in the process of joining the GymACT program, and used this season to get the word out about their program at a number of local and regional competitions to include the Astronaut Dave Brown Invitational, Jerrell Steele Invitational, and Temple University's Fred Turoff Invitational.
The Rockets capped off a successful season with an exhibition during the Level 9/10 session at the 2025 VA Men's Gymnastics State Meet. They also sponsored a table so they could chat with parents and athletes about the program and the opportunity it provides to athletes who are looking to continue their gymnastics beyond high school. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to learn more about the program and support the program through donations and apparel sales!

In 2018, as an effort to help save Men's Collegiate Gymnastics, a group of club gymnastics teams came together to create the Gymnastics Association of College Teams (GymACT). GymACT has grown to 2 conferences, 16 teams, and 275 athletes across the country who are studying at traditional universities and colleges, as well as community colleges and vocational schools, and giving the opportunity to continue enjoying the sport they love.
